  • The Internationally Acclaimed Brian Buffini “100 Days to Greatness” Programme
  • The EAAB Mandatory Workplace Logbook
  • The Compulsory Qualification for New Entrants, FETC: Real Estate, NQF L4

The GLC uses a blend of methodologies, incorporating the latest technology and sophisticated software programmes to guide and support Interns and their Workplace Mentors through the Intern’s Compulsory Education, Internship and Compliance process.

The GLC provides for the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for eligible applicants and conducts In-house Preparatory Workshops and Online Self-Assessments for the Professional Designate Exam (PDE).

The GLC provides for Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to ensure all Sales Professionals maintain their industry knowledge and expertise and hence, their professional status. This provision is in line with the EAAB requirements for ongoing education and development.
