About Francois Johann

Johann Larney is responsible for the Remax Town and Country Western Cape business strategy, technical assistance, and new business generation. He also recruits new qualified agents. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant and later completed a B. Proc degree. After several successful years in small business, he returned to corporate life. He was involved in the structuring of major commercial property
transactions including the Didata Campus in Bryanston. PSG acquired the company he worked for and sold components to Momentum Group. Johann took a stronger interest in property and was involved in Clarens Mountain Estate and the establishment and town-planning for a major new gap-housing development in George n 2008. He identified the Aerotropolis concept for O.R. Tambo International which
has since become one of Gauteng Province’s biggest job creation schemes. His personal attention to clients is unwavering and committed.
