Whenever I have listed a home in Kwaaiwater it always sells sooner than later! This home will be no exception. Nestled in a quiet street in Kwaaiwater this property has every reason to sell. Not only does it face due North for those spectacular mountain views but the positioning on the erf is key too. The landscaped garden was recently laid creating an impressive entry façade which sets the tone for what is to follow.
